Do you think this could be you? To follow our ambitious growth, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent - Netherlands (m / f) who is responsible for processing orders and the resulting requests.Your responsibilities are:
- Processing requests about payment processing, orders, cancellations and returns
- Answering questions and our Dutch and Flemish members by e-mail and by telephone
- Dealing with feedback from our customers to continually improve our offer
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent cutomer-oriented, communicated and problem-solving skills
- Skillfull computer skills
- Friendly, positive and motivated personality
- Fluent in Dutch and at least good in English
