To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a:

HR Service Lead

for our operations in Robakowo/Poznań.

 

In this position, You’ll be responsible for delivery of outstanding HR services to leaders and employees. You will contribute to the development of HR policies, processes and drive improvements through operational excellence and digitalization. Last but not least You will join in an exceptional moment in the development of the company, and be able to contribute to the rapid growth and up-scaling of Westwing operations.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and master HR processes, procedures and policies
  • Support employees in life cycle management processes
  • Train Team Leaders in labour law and HR policies
  • Ensure that HR Services are in line with the Polish legal and regulatory requirements
  • Handle employee related queries in cooperation with HR Business partners and Line managers
  • Manage interface with external payroll and personnel administration service provider
  • Ensure records are maintained and the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate
  • Manage HR data reporting and KPIs including analysis of trends and recommendations for interventions
  • Taking part on HR projects

 

What we are looking for:

  • You are passionate about HR, continuous improvement and delivering positive customer experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR generalist role including exposure to payroll and personnel administration
  • You have well-established knowledge of employment related regulations
  • You can get things done and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric and ever changing environment.
  • You are data-driven who enjoys analysing trends and drive improvement actions
  • You can operate both on the level of fixing specific problems in a pragmatic, hands-on way and at the level of implementing processes.
  • You speak Polish and English fluently.
  • You are comfortable with HR support IT solutions and systems.
