Milan Intern
As a Customer Care - Intern (m/f/d) you will be managing our customers’ queries, giving the right support in each step of the customer experience, from the first log-in to the after-sales needs, and you will collaborate with different teams within the company. This position is an internship and located in Milan.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- manage the first contact with the customers, answering to e-mails and phone calls
- support the customers’ shopping experience
- manage the customers’ queries until they’re solved (orders tracking, returns, reimbursements, reorder)
- working hours are distributed on shifts that cover the following: 8:00-20:00, Monday to Saturday (max 40 hours per week)

- native Italian level and good knowledge of English
