As Junior Supply Chain Planner you will be responsible for daily cooperation with suppliers from all over the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• daily cooperation with suppliers from all over the world
• creating Purchase Orders and proactively tracking them
• taking care of timely deliveries, including managing transports, delivery slot booking, creating delivery notifications
• solving daily issues with delayed shipments
• management of customs process of an importing business
• close cooperation with many of our internal departments (Buying, Sales, Logistics, Customer Care, Finance)

• loads of positive energy with a hands on approach
• proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• excellent organisation of working time, including very well priorities setting
• problem-solving skills
• willing to work in a very dynamic environment
• fluency in English (C1) and Polish
• some work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is a must
