As Operations Business Analyst (m/f/d) you will work in strong collaboration with key business leaders to bring operations and logistics to the next level. You’ll play a critical role in delivering valuable insights, using cool BI tools like Snowflake and Tableau. In your daily work, you will get a chance to explore details of processes within the operations department, while utilizing and mastering your analytical skills. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• being a key contributor to the Westwing Operations strategy, focused on enhancing the data landscape, unlocking our massive opportunities towards a multi-billion Euro business
• analysing data and identifying improvements in operations and logistics processes, in the field of eCommerce logistics and supply chain management
• leading the further development of end-to-end transparency of our Operations by building direct and user-friendly dashboards to easily track and identify trends in our most relevant processes and KPIs
• enhancing operational excellency by collaborating with key business leaders to develop effective and easy-to-use tools and models to be used across the whole department by multiple stakeholders
• providing invaluable insights to the leadership team, through pragmatic and practical data analysis and analytical models
• increasing data literacy in the organization and driving next level data usage

• bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics or similar
• 3+ years of work experience in business intelligence, data analysis or data science
• excellent skills in SQL, Excel and Tableau
• ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
• good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and a focus on both detail and fast execution
• passion to combine data driven insights and creative approaches to propose actionable recommendations
• strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders
• knowledge of Snowflake and version control systems (e.g. Github/Gitlab) would be a plus
• practical experience in VBA would be a plus
• fluency in English
