In the position of Project & Process Improvement Manager, you will be part of our quality team, responsible for the continuous improvement of our logistics processes and customer experience. This position involves a high degree of autonomy in leading improvement projects (related to quality, packaging, process optimization, sustainability and technology).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• identify and implement concrete improvement initiatives to improve process quality or efficiency
• identify and implement packaging material changes to benefit efficiency, costs or sustainability
• define, document and implement process standards
• support senior management with analyses to find, quantify, and prioritize cost savings ideas and customer experience improvements
• develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations

YOU COME WITH

• minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (project management) in ecommerce or production company  
• bachalor degree, preferably in a highly quantitative area such as economics, business administration, engineering or science
• combination of a lot of curiosity with a low-ego, „get your hands dirty” and self-starter attitude
• structured, proactive and goal oriented working style, analytically very strong (including full proficiency with Excel), SQL is a plus
• natural leadership talent able to work well with everyone from shop floor worker to CEO
• excellent Polish and English skills
