As a Social Media Manager DE at Westwing, you will be responsible to bring our German Instagram account and our global Westwing Collection account to the next level and, by that, to directly contribute to our business results. You will be responsible for Stories as a content format including native content creation, selection and overall handling. Your main goal will be to inspire and delight our community on a daily basis, through engaging on brand content and storytelling and with that connect them to our Website brand and offering. This position is unlimited and the location is Munich.

WHAT YOU`LL DO

• independently create and run stories for the German Instagram account as well as our global Westwing Collection account
• join productions and events to create new convincing content in a native way but also adapt existing one according to the channels needs
• analyze the performance of your content and derive actions based on insights while finding the right balance between branding and sales
• run global social media campaigns and launches using synergies between the different channels 
• review the latest social media trends and arising features, evaluate their relevance for Westwing and present recommendations on how to embrace them

YOU COME WITH

• experience as a content creator as well as in running organic social media channels. A plus: you successfully publish inspirational content on your own social media account. If so, we would be thrilled if you would include your social media account in your application!
• a creative, yet organizational talent including strong communication skills which help you in storytelling our content but also for connecting with different stakeholders across the company quickly
• an affinity for aesthetics, a passion for Home & Living and trends and a strong enthusiasm for our brand
• solid knowledge of Office tools (mainly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and Photoshop as well as basic video-editing skills
• excellent written and spoken language skills in both German and English
