As Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) you will be contributing to further building the Supply Chain function for our multi-hundred million Euro business WestwingNow and Westwing Collection. You will cover all operational Supply Chain activities as well as work on development projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • own the end-to-end supply chain execution for your categories, from replenishment to inbound coordination with our international warehouse teams
  • drive process improvement and operational excellence within our supplier community in Europe and Asia by reducing costs, defects, and lead times, while increasing innovation, automation, and economies of scale
  • be a key contributor to the Supply Chain KPIs for your categories, especially product availability & inventory risk, and thereby ensure a world-class customer experience on our apps & websites
  • partner with internal teams to help create and drive tools and process improvements that affect our Supply Chain Execution (for example replenishment or order management)

YOU COME WITH

  • 3+ years of relevant Supply Chain or equivalent experience, ideally from an e-commerce or retail environment
  • extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a “hands-on” attitude and the ability to focus both on detail and fast execution
  • excellent business judgment, strong communication skills and ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders
  • very good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • fluency in English
