Meet Daniel, People Business Development Manager:

“I’m responsible for implementing group-wide people initiatives and programs, optimizing our people processes, and monitoring People & Culture trends and innovations, integrating them into our products and services. I exchange ideas with other people teams or our tech team. I joined Westwing in June 2021 and since then I’ve had the opportunity to work on many different topics in a very dynamic environment. What I love about Westwing is the team and autonomy. The people I work with are all genuine, helpful, and just a great bunch to be with – especially at our after-work drinks or team events. Moreover, it’s really fulfilling to make a difference by bringing up ideas, creating things, and adapting existing processes.”
