“I’m responsible for all #creatives in my team. Furthermore, I establish brand standards and make sure our output meets these standards consistently by taking care of equipment and software. Additionally, I align a lot with other Team Leads and Art Directors within Content Creation to make sure we get the best possible results from every production. At Westwing, I especially like the international environment with colleagues from all around the world, having great co-workers, exchanging with talented and creative colleagues, openness to new ideas and always trying to be ahead of the game on every level.”
