Agile, data-driven, and creative: This team is at the forefront of Westwing’s digital growth. They manage the full campaign lifecycle across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. From strategic planning and creative development to execution, A/B testing, and performance optimisation - their work directly supports customer acquisition and revenue growth across markets.
What sets them apart? A unique mix of curiosity, creativity, and analytical precision. The team constantly tests new ad formats, experiments with targeting tactics, and translates complex performance data into clear, actionable insights. They turn business goals into high-performing strategies that make every ad pound count, so that Westwing stays relevant online.

Rebecca - Expert Lead: “I joined Westwing in December 2020. I oversee campaign performance, guide optimisations, align our team’s priorities with business goals, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. I love that our team combines data enthusiasts and creative minds. What I appreciate most about Westwing is the dedication, ambition, and, of course, all the Office dogs in the office.”
Marta - Paid Social Media Manager: “I joined Westwing in February 2025. My daily work involves collaborating with the team to develop creative strategies and support campaigns. I really enjoy how collaborative and trusting our team is, with everyone bringing unique strengths. Westwing is an inspiring brand full of passionate people, where creativity meets performance and we’re encouraged to test, learn, and grow.”
