We have a very special relationship with our customers, one of trust and respect. We nurture this by providing our customers with transparent and credible sustainability information on the products we offer through initiatives such as our “We Care” label. We use this label to highlight products that meet referenceable and credible sustainability standards and in turn help our customers make more sustainable choices.
Our approach to sustainability communications goes beyond product labeling. As we progress on our sustainability journey and expand our product portfolio, we also want to showcase sustainable lifestyles and inspire our customers through exciting and meaningful Westwing sustainability stories and insights.
Our Achievements
14% of products sold in our Shop marked with the Westwing “We Care” label. This includes 29% of Westwing Collection products and 5% of third-party products.
24% of our gross merchandise volume generated in 2022 was from products with the Westwing “We Care” label.
Launched more than 100 “We Care” Campaigns in our Club Sales.
